Collaborate on Orientation Week Offerings
Help us innovate, diversify, and enhance Orientation Week 2013!
For the second year, the Orientation Planning Group is proud to invite the McGill Community to collaborate on programming and offerings during Orientation Week, as well as use this week to publicize your group to incoming students. The following are opportunities for individual staff or faculty members or units/groups to host or collaborate on Orientation Week activities and/or events (and/or whatever you can imagine) that would allow incoming students to connect to your group and feel a part of the McGill community.
If your group or unit is interested in organizing an "À la Carte" event DURING Orientation Week, anytime between August 28 and September 1, please fill out the form here: [Form closed as of July 4]
There is also the new option this year of being included in the Orientation Week website in an “Orientation Week PLUS” section with information about and a link to your group or post-Orientation Week event, provided that it in some way helps to orient new students to McGill. To include your group or event in this list, please fill out the form here.
If you have any questions, please contact Mitchell Miller, Student Life Coordinator, at mitchell [dot] miller [at] mcgill [dot] ca
