To activate viewing of Education Room 233, Education Room 203 and Education Room CH200
In Outlook click on Calendar bottom left
In navigation pane, click Open a Shared Calendar and type Education Room 233 and/or Room203 and/or Education Room CH200 to check for availability. Once you have determined your reservation needs please submit your request by Roombookings [dot] education [at] mcgill [dot] ca (email.)
For MAC users:
Using Microsoft Entourage
- Go to the calendar pane
- Under “File” choose “Open Other User’s Folder”
- Enter “Education Room 233” and/or "Room203 and/or Room CH200 in the “User” box
