Locations

The AGGP links field-based experiments to systems models, under three distinct climatic conditions in Canada: Humid continental (Montreal), Atlantic maritime (Nova Scotia) and semi-arid Prairie (Edmonton).

Edmonton, Alberta

The University of Alberta in Edmonton is home to the prairie field research station for the Agricultural Greenhouse Gases Project. Research at U of A is led by Dr. Guillermo Hernandez-Ramirez.

Montreal, Quebec

Research in Montreal is based at the Emile A. Lods Agronomy Research Centre on the Macdonald Campus of McGill University in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. The lab here is run by Dr. Grant Clark.

Truro, Nova Scotia

The Dalhousie University agricultural campus in Truro is home to researchers Dr. Gordon W. Price and Dr. David Burton.
