Prof. Fabrice Labeau elected President of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society

Prof. Fabrice Labeau has just been elected to the position of President of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society for 2014. The Vehicular Technology Society is  one of the IEEE technical societies; it concerns itself with technologies in mobile communications, motor vehicles and land transportation.
