How to obtain help when you have a problem?

  • Use the phone in the classroom and press the “Management Technical Assistance” key. The call will be automatically forwarded to the Sandiford help desk.
  • Physically go to the Sandiford help desk.

  • Monday to Thursday from 8h00 – 20h00
  • Saturday and Sunday from 12h00 – 16h00
