Teaching within the Organizational Behaviour discipline is constantly evolving.
At the undergraduate level, in addition to our long-established Bachelor of Commerce concentration in Organizational Behaviour, we recently added a new major in Organizational Behaviour, as well as a new concentration and major in Labour Management Relations and Human Resources.
At the graduate level, we offer the PhD specialization in Organizational Behaviour. We also partner with the Strategy and Organization area to deliver the MBA specialization in Global Strategy and Leadership.

New for the 2013-2014 is a leadership practicum in non-profit organizations/social enterprises. This course (ORGB 401) allows undergraduate students to undertake an internship in an organizational setting. Learn more about all our course offerings.
