McGill's Desautels Faculty of Management offers an innovative doctoral program designed for talented students with strong initiative to shape their own study program. The program fosters independent, creative work on the part of its students and provides solid grounding in theory, methods, and current management practice. McGill attracts students and professors from many countries, creating a cosmopolitan research climate that mirrors Montreal's own diversity. Our graduates are recruited by the world's leading academic institutions, government agencies and industry bodies.

The program favours close, personal contact between faculty and students and provides access to graduate courses and to professors in specializations across management and related fields at four Montreal universities.
