Program for Operations Excellence

Established originally in 2004, the Program for Quality Leadership has been a great success for the MMM. Delivering quality related courses to students and industry professionals, the program grew year after year.

Having detected in the industry an increasing necessity to expand the curricula to cover other operations management topics, the MMM is re-launching the program in 2008 as the Program for Operations Excellence.

Initially the Program for Operations Excellence will offer Six Sigma and Lean Training courses. Gradually, it will offer other training opportunities tailored to meet the needs of corporate executives and professionals.

In 2008, we open our training sessions with an intensive workshop on Lean Thinking.
