Melissa Sonberg has enjoyed 30 years of leadership experience across a broad range of business, not-for-profit and academic environments. Three decades of increasing responsibility in highly integrated leadership roles leading to over a decade as a Corporate Officer and member of the C-suite leading a young and rapidly expanding public company, has resulted in a highly skilled executive, adept at navigating through the intricacies of effective governance and balancing multiple stakeholder demands. Upon her recent retirement from Aimia, she has taken on several Board appointments and is currently Adjunct Professor and Executive in Residence at the Desautels Faculty of Management of McGill University.
