Application process

There are three parts to the application:

A)  Completion of the Graduate Online Application

B)  MBA Admission Booklet - English or MBA Admission Booklet - French
Downloading, printing and completion of the admission booklet (containing reference letter form, work history form, personal background sheet, MBA applicant survey and essay questions).  All those documents once completed can be sent to the MBA Office, to the attention of the Admission Office:

McGill University - MBA Office
1001 Sherbrooke Street West, Suite 302
Montreal Quebec Canada H3A 1G5

or via email to Pina Vicario at pina [dot] vicario [at] mcgill [dot] ca

C)  Providing all the required documents.
Transcripts must be sent to the MBA Office at:

McGill University - MBA Office
1001 Sherbrooke Street West, Suite 302
Montreal Quebec Canada H3A 1G5

Letters of reference must be sent directly by the referee via regular mail (to the same address above with a business card attached) or via email to Pina Vicario at pina [dot] vicario [at] mcgill [dot] ca (only from the referee's business email account including their signature).  For example, if your referee works at the United Nations, the email will have to come from an official United Nations email account.

Only after completion of the three steps above, including receipt of all required documents, and payment of the application fee, will your application be assessed by the Admission Office.  Strong applicants will then be called for an interview within two weeks of completion of their file.

If you are experiencing difficulties with the online application, please email us at pina [dot] vicario [at] mcgill [dot] ca.

Note:  All three steps should be done simultaneously
