My general research interests lie in the area of corporate governance, asset securitization, earnings management and capital market. My current research focuses on two themes: (i) examining the impact of corporate governance mechanism on the decision-making by managers and capital market investors, and (ii) the potential earnings management in some special accounting treatments, such as accounting for asset securitization.
