Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Concentration

This Concentration provides an opportunity for students to increase their awareness of behavioural issues encountered in job and organizational settings, and prepare themselves for graduate study in the behavioural sciences or for careers in general management or human resource management.
PhD program
The fundamental objective of the Ph.D. specialization in Organizational Behaviour is to provide doctoral students with the tools, training, and critical insight required of world-class researchers and scholars. As evidenced by the current research topics listed, our faculty explore a wide range of topics linked together by the drive to develop and foster greater understanding of the personal, interpersonal and organizational processes affecting people and groups within today’s complex and evolving organizations.
