Joined Fejervary Insurance as a trainee in personal and commercial lines.

Passed the Associate Insurance Brokers exams for commercial and residential insurance, taken at McGill University.
Serviced clients in both areas, focusing mainly on commercial clients. Manufacturing, real estate and mercantile policies. Handled the policies from new business to servicing, claims management, collections, and rounding out accounts with full service for their personal as well as commercial needs.
Dealt with our Banks and liaised with the insurance companies for strategic development.
1992 – 1998
President of Madon Fejervary Insurance, focusing on major commercial accounts as well as the personal lines for clients and their employees, dealt with seven (7) personal lines insurers and many commercial insurers. As the business started to grow I became involved in HR issues, financing issues with our financing companies all the time still maintaining a significant portfolio of clients. Continuing to look at all aspects of full service. I also became involved in training our in-house staff in insurance matters.

President of the Quebec Insurance Brokers Assoc. (ACAPQ) Concordia Sector, won the Rettalack Trophy for being the most successful in Quebec. Ran the committees, upgraded the skills of our fellow brokers, organized speakers, and technical courses for the members.
Board member of the ACAPQ, sat on committees on planning and issues ranging from discipline to long-term strategies, involving government and brokers.
