Daniel leads Marsh Canada's Financial Products Practise and provides financial product, trade credit and Terrorism expertise. In his role, he structures insurance coverage on Credit, Residual Value, and Political risks and advises on risk transfer solutions not placed in the insurance markets.
Prior to joining Marsh in 2000, Daniel worked as a consultant on project finance and credit due diligence processes for companies in the IT sector. He brought 8 years plus of Corporate Finance experience acquired while working with a financial institution where he was responsible for long-term lending in the Latin American region. He has applied, developed and sourced a wide range of solutions to promote Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) such as project finance, cross-border leases and securitization among others.
