Deb Nelson’s first “aha” moment came as she stood on the pavement outside a Montreal restaurant, struggling to summon the courage to go inside.
... Montreal resident Tolulope Ilesanmi, company founder and chief executive officer, believes cleaning is as much a spiritual service as a physical act. For the past two years, he has invited executives to tap into a deeper sense of purpose by coming to Montreal and working alongside his professional cleaning crews. Marvin Corber has carried a secret with him for some 60 years and on Oct. 29, he decided to tell all during the Convocation in which he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from McGill.
