A new business venture for EMBA grad
Based on his work in the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA program, Laurent Morisset (EMBA’18), President of C4 Communications, is gearing up to launch OBNL360. This new business venture, housed under C4 Communications, will offer integrated services in strategy, management and communications for non-profits.

Great strides for PhD alumna
Congratulations to Pamela Lirio (PhD’11) who was recently promoted to Associate Professor in the School of Industrial Relations at Université de Montréal and was awarded with the “Prix d'excellence en enseignement – Professeurs,” the highest teaching honor conferred by the University.
Pamela will also begin her one-year sabbatical as a Visiting Professor in fall 2018 at ESSEC Business School in Paris.

As the Founder of McGill’s Cryptocurrency Club, Desautels graduate Michael Gord (BCom’16) continues to follow his interest in the blockchain industry as the Founder and CEO of MLG Blockchain Consulting.
Over the next few years, Gord is looking to steer the highly-scrutinized blockchain industry into the mainstream by backing some of the most promising business ventures.
