Three keys for introverted leaders

Desautels professor Karl Moore writes in The Globe and Mail that, though most business leadership writing is aimed at extroverts, introverted leaders are becoming more evident every day. He goes on to describe ways in which introverted leaders can effectively manage extroverts.

For introverts, working well with extroverts can mean putting on a “game face,” by listening in a more active way than they would naturally do, for instance. It is, therefore, important for introverted leaders to take a break from stimulation every now and again.

Prof. Moore dives into three sure-fire ways for introverted leaders to be effective managers of more extroverted team members.
