Desautels scores win at CBS Case Competition 2017

Congratulation to Desautels undergraduates Amir Fawzy Guirguis,  Charles Lavoie-Aubuchon, Maria Power, and  Samantha Simpson for winning the 2017 CBS Case Competition in Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as to Amir Fawzy Guirguis, in particular, for securing the award for Best Speaker. The latest win at CBS coincides with Desautels’ record of achievement at the international case competition, first securing a win in 2015 and then coming in second the following year. 

As a bonus, the team was also invited by Mr. Flemming Besenbacher, Chairman of The Carlsberg Foundation to the Unleash Innovation Lab 2017 in August, which will bring together 1,000 handpicked talents from around the world to ideate and collaborate on new solutions to the sustainable development goals in Denmark.
