The Desautels Faculty of Management, which is celebrating 100 years of management education at McGill, will hold a reception immediately following the Convocation ceremony. Commerce courses were first offered at the University in the 1906-07 academic year, and the reception is being held to mark this centennial. Graduates receiving their diplomas at Convocation, their families and friends, as well as Desautels students and alumni, are all welcome. Dean Peter Todd and Mr. Marcel Desautels, after whom the Faculty is named and who will be receiving an honorary degree on May 30, will also be in attendance.
