The curriculum is designed to meet the development needs of experienced managers who occupy or are destined to senior management positions. Program participants are managers, entrepreneurs and professionals with at least 10 years work experience, including at least five years managerial experience.
Each year Career Services at the Desautels Faculty of Management hosts an annual career event in Toronto, Ontario. This year 118 Desautels Faculty of Management Students will travel to Toronto to meet and network with key employers in the Greater Toronto Area.

The MBA Games bring together over 500 MBA students from across Canada. This year's McGill delegation will be travelling to Edmonton to represent Desautels to the MBA community at large. The three-day event will begin on Friday, January 6th and the schedule will be full of non-stop, high-energy activities and events until the closing ceremonies on Sunday, January 8th.
