Desautels Faculty of Management BCom student Jennifer Heil won a gold medal at the Women's Moguls event at the 2006 Winter Olympics on February 11. She is Canada's first medalist of these games and the first athlete to win gold. Congratulations to Jennifer on her oustanding success!
Two teams of two students (Ethics: Maithili Sagar and Felicia Synder; Information Systems: Elina Betman and Elysse Buchalter) made the finals at the ICBC (Inter-Collegiate Business Competition) held at Queen's University January 12-14, with the IS team taking a podium, finishing third overall.
