On February 9, more than 400 people gathered to celebrate high-level research at McGill’s annual Bravo gala Tuesday night at the Science Centre in the Old Port as 21 prizewinning profs were recognized for their achievements. Daily Publication Society (DPS) Annual Student Journalism Week
Learn everything you've ever wanted to know about aspects of journalism: everything from how to investigate a tip to media law to copy editing.
Photo Editing Workshop (2pm - 3pm, Shatner B-24)
Learn how a photo gets into the paper: from how to cover an event or story to how to edit your photos.
The premise of the CaPS Job Finding Club (JFC) is that finding employment is in itself a full-time job, which may be easier if done with a group of people. The JFC consists of a group of ten to fifteen graduating students, all of whom are seeking employment. You will have each other for support, with the assistance of a CaPS facilitator and the career advisors.
