Background: According to the literature, meals consumed at home are healthier than those consumed away from home (AFH), but reasons underlying this protective effect have not been fully understood. Emotional reinforcement of healthy eating patterns at home is examined as a putative contributing mechanism.
Conducted by the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, the primary purpose of this survey is to report the research productivity of Canadian business schools during 2005‐09 using the publication of peer reviewed journal articles in 40 top journals used by Financial Times (FT 40 journals). Data collection took place between summer 2010 and March 2011.
