- Any official McGill email sent to students will be addressed to the McGill email address. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that time critical emails are accessed, read and acted upon in a timely fashion.
- Students are expected to adhere to The Code of Professional Conduct in the classroom and when attending any Career Services or Employer event.
- Strike Policy Suspension to Career Services website and services
- Students must provide 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any Career Services or Employer event (advisor appointments, workshops, information sessions, etc). Cancellations can be made via website, email, telephone or in person.
- Students must respect the dress code indicated for Career Services/Employer events. Career Services reserves the right to deny a student entry to an event should they be inappropriately attired.
- Failure to comply with the Career Services Code of Conduct on three occasions will result in the suspension to the Career Services website and/or services.
- When attending career related events, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure they check in with the Career Services representative. Failure to sign-in may result in a strike on the students account.
- Students will be required to present a valid McGill Student ID in order to gain access to Career Services events/workshops for the purpose of:
- collecting attendance electronically;
- recording MBA population versus inter-university attendance;
- gathering statistics.
- In addition to the Career Services Code of Conduct, students are also bound by McGill University's Code of Conduct
