Space availability for January 2015: possibility of 3 to 5 seats

Advanced Standing and Transfer positions may be considered if space is available. The deadline to apply is October 1st, but please note that the online application will ONLY be available by September 1st.

All required documents need to be received by the deadline of October 1st (including official or certified copies of your transcripts).

Please note the following:

► When asked what you are applying for at McGill, you should select 'Undergraduate/Professional' as the Application Type and 'Fall 2014' as the term - even if as Advanced Standing or Transfer applicants, you would enter in Winter 2014. Classes officially start at the beginning of December.

► The status of your application can be tracked by logging into Minerva (Applicant menu) using your McGill ID number. It is strongly recommended that applicants check their application status on a regular basis, e.g. once a week, as there may be updates or additional requests required as part of the dossier review.

► Candidates interested in applying to both our Advanced Standing program and DMD program will have to submit two separate applications. For your 'Advanced Standing' application, you need to make sure to answer 'YES' when asked if you wish to be considered for advanced standing in the online application.

► All advanced-standing and transfer students must complete the Compulsory Immunization Program prior to being permitted to treat patients. Advanced-standing and transfer students will be expected to purchase a complete McGill Instrument Kit prior to beginning into the DMD Program.
