Professor Mariana Valverde, from the Centre for Criminology at the University of Toronto, gave a Legal Theory Workshop on the subject of "Theories, Queer and Dangerous". Professor Valverde also received a most warm and enthusiastic welcome when she appeared at the CRC in Law and Discourse Graduate Reading Group, to discuss her recent book, Law's Dream of a Common Knowledge.
