Anne Ritzema

Anne joined the Centre for Research on Children and Families in September 2010 to work with the CIHR Team in Parenting Matters! The Biopsychosocial Context of Parenting Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Canada.  Anne obtained her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology at McGill University, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in the School/Applied Child Psychology program in the Faculty of Education at McGill.  Anne's areas of research interest are well-being in children with neurodevelopmental disorders and the impact of supports and services for this population.  Her Masters research was conducted as part of the National Early Intervention Research Initiative and examined stress in parents of children with developmental disabilities.  Her doctoral work focuses on the impact of child function and of supports and services for the well-being of children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
