All feedback on the Counselling and Mental Health Service is welcome. Your feedback is confidential and will only be reviewed by Counselling Service Directorship and the Client Service Administrator.
The information you share will not affect your access to the service nor the treatment you receive.
Requests to transfer Client Care Clinician (CCC): Speak to your CCC
Difficulties can occur in any relationship, including between a student and their CCC. Most of the time students find that talking about these issues with their CCC helps. In other cases, the CCC and student may agree to transfer the student's care to another available clinician.
In cases where you are experiencing significant barriers to having the aforementioned discussion with your CCC:
Please complete the feedback form (below) and include the following information. Counselling Service Directorship and/or Client Service Manager will then review your request. Please note that this process will take at least a week to review.
- Your name
- Your student ID
- Your reason for requesting a transfer
- Whether you’ve discussed the issues related to your request to transfer your clinician.
- If you haven’t discussed these issues with your clinician please outline the barriers to having this discussion.
