This course explores the rules and regulations affecting condominium management, such as the Security Code, Home Warranty, tax rules, city bylaws, fee recovery, labor law and corporate law as applied to condominiums. In addition, the rules of professional conduct and ethics for condominium managers and directors will be discussed.
