Several new regulations in the field of condominium management have been introduced recently in particular in the field of records management. This course explores the rules and regulations affecting condominium management, such as the Security Code, Home Warranty, tax rules, city bylaws, fee recovery, labor law and corporate law as applied to condominiums. In addition, the rules of professional conduct and ethics for condominium managers and directors will be discussed. Students will integrate the knowledge acquired in both Condominium Law in Quebec and Condominium Law II courses by applying it to practical cases from jurisprudence and their own professional experience.

- Any time prior to the 1st class: Course Drop Period with Full Refund.
