Professional Development Certificate in Condominium Management in Quebec

The development of condominiums in Quebec has increased remarkably over the last decade: the number of Quebec families living in condominiums is expected to increase to 266,000 in 2016, compared to 155,000 in 2006. The result is a need for skilled professionals who can efficiently oversee the various aspects of managing a condominium. To meet growing demand, McGill University's School of Continuing Studies has partnered with the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (OAAQ) to offer a program that explores the complex challenges of managing condominiums and provides participants with knowledge, information and practical skills.

For more information on the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec (OAAQ), visit the organization's website at www.adma.qc.ca.
