This course addresses practical issues being confronted by today`s project managers. Bridging theory with practice, the course moves beyond the standard project management ‘Body of Knowledge’, to cover advanced project management topics, significant issues and risks commonly occurring in project delivery, as well as best practices and actionable solutions to maximize results from projects.
Course Format:
The course is delivered as a series of 13 modules using practical case-based approach. Each module addresses a specific project management topic, through the application of real life examples and case situations.
An open dialogue and group work format will allow students to interact with team members coming from other industries and disciplines, as well as with the course instructors - executives and project managers with strong and complementary backgrounds and skills.
