This new, dynamic 8-part series will provide you with different tools and ways to renew your zest for life. Along with the wisdom gleaned from four, thought-provoking books, Authentic Living is your opportunity to explore, discover, and determine the fundamental tenants for living with greater satisfaction and contentment.
Presented in an engaging manner, Authentic Living will inspire you in a purposeful way. Through non-judgmental discussion as well as contemplative individual and group exercises, you will gain valuable insight into the wonderful world of living authentically. Whether you accept or challenge the diverse theories, practical models and effective methodologies put forth, this series allows you to take the time to better understand, appreciate, and improve your outlook and, more importantly, your life!

November 5 and 12: Understanding and applying “Focus” by Heidi Halvorson and E. Tory Higgins.
November 19 and 26: Understanding and applying “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg
December 3 and 10: Understanding and applying “The Wise Heart” by Jack Kornfield.
Michael Cullen is a professional Career/Life coach. In addition to his private practice, he co-facilitates coaching programs at Concordia University and leads pro-active workshops for life-long learners.
