Three Dangerous Trends Learning Leaders Face that Keep their Budgets Low and Stakeholders Guessing...
Have you ever wondered how the training programs or performance improvement initiatives you are leading:
- Link to business objectives?
- Positively impact and add value to the organization?
Organizations are becoming increasingly selective when it comes to approving human performance initiatives. Using the return on investment (ROI) methodology helps prioritize initiatives by calculating their forecasted value and increasing project approval rates. Learning leaders who demonstrate the contribution of training initiatives can justify their budgets, earn the respect of senior management, improve program support and provide a process for ongoing improvement and business alignment.
