This workshop addresses change management practices for business professionals, project managers, continuous improvement leaders, change practitioners or any professional who wants to better understand the human dynamics while implementing any change initiative.
The workshop will tackle how to effectively integrate essential change management activities and milestones, within the overall business improvements/projects initiatives, in a very practical way (theory to practice) to achieve maximum results.

Ms. Sapene holds a Master in Human Systems Interventions from Concordia University. As Director of IT Business Solution Integration Competency Center - Bombardier, Merling leads teams at the forefront of innovation in international, multicultural and complex business transformation projects.
With over 20 years’ experience in business administration, she specializes in strategic analysis, organization effectiveness, redesign and automatization, performance management and change enablement.
Merling participates on the Social Affairs Committee at the Montreal Board of Trade and is an active member of the Project Management Institute.

7 days prior to the start date: Refund minus $100 Cancellation fee
Within 7 days of the start date: No Refund, however suitable participation substitution will be permitted
