This course deals with tax-related valuation issues. Emphasis is placed on the fundamental principles of the Canadian tax system, impact of taxation on an enterprise, comparable company multiples as key valuator tools, adjusted book value method, and corporate law concerns relevant to the valuation process.

- Any time prior to the 1st class: Course Drop Period with Full Refund.
- After the 1st and before the 2nd class: Course Drop Period with Refund minus $20 fee.
