Biography

Steve Letovsky is a market researcher. He has taught The Processes of Marketing Research at McGill University’s School for Continuing Studies for more than 30 years. He has also taught Introduction to Marketing and Marketing Research at HEC, and has assisted in the editing of two marketing text books for Prentice Hall Publishing; one on marketing research, and one on service marketing.

Steve Letovsky is the owner of L.B.C. Consulting Services, a management consulting company. For over 35 years he has directed marketing research projects for all kinds of products and services, for companies in North America as well as companies in Scandinavia and Finland interested in the North American market. Steve has the ability to asses a research situation and come up with the least expensive, quickest and best way to collect information. He is an expert in online data collection and a master with SPSS, software used to analyze market research data.

He has a Bachelor’s of Science with a major in mathematics and a Masters of Business Association, both earned at McGill.
