Biography

Robert Cox has been teaching at both McGill and Concordia universities since 1999, teaching topics such as international public law, public health law, business law, transport law, Canadian judiciary and Quebec public administration.

He is a practicing lawyer, a member of the Quebec Bar Association, as well as a member of the Quebec Bar Association's Commitee for Public and Para-public lawyers. He also serves as legal counsel and person responsible for access to information at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC).

He did his undergraduate studies at McGill University, achieved a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Concordia University, and completed his legal training in his second language at Université de Montréal.
