YCNG 227 Comprehensive Project Management: Execution and Delivery (8 CEUs)
Project monitoring and reporting progress; project tracking applying traditional and agile techniques; review meetings; team dynamics in both face-to-face and virtual settings; earned value reporting; problem detection and solving; Project Evaluation and Review Techniques (PERT) estimating and quantitative risk analysis; conflict resolution; people management; team leadership and motivation; work delegation; schedule crashing; project closure with focus on maximizing value.
YCNG 223 Strategic Project Leadership (4 CEUs)
By using a practical real-life case study approach, this course addresses the key leadership challenges facing those responsible for delivering projects. How to go beyond traditional methods in project management by employing an adaptive and strategic approach that focuses on achieving business results. Emphasis on what it takes for an organization to deliver successful projects and programs. Synthesis of the project management knowledge and skills acquired throughout the courses of the Professional Development Certificate in Project Management.
YCNG 224 Agile Project Management (4 CEUs)
Gain the knowledge and skills required to manage and deliver projects by using agile teams and applying agile concepts, methodologies and best-practices. Agile approach, largely developed and tested on software development projects, is now being successfully applied to projects of all sizes and types in various industries.
YCNG 299 Project Management Capstone (5 CEUs)
Integration of all the knowledge and skills acquired during the course of study in the Project Management program. Team project under the guidance of a course lecturer to apply project management methodologies, tools and techniques in practice. Develop and present a complete project plan and recommendations to help a non-profit community or public sector organization achieve a specific goal.

YCBS 221 Leading Sustainable Change (6 CEUs)
This course explores issues related to change management including models of change management, keys to successful change processes, change leadership structures, common change management techniques, integrating change management considerations into consulting programs and proposals, choosing the intervention and getting client buy-in. A substantial proportion of the class time is devoted to discussions, role-plays, case study exercises, and participant-facilitated discussions.
YCBS 216 Interpersonal Skills for Professionals (4.5 CEUs)
The objective is to help learners develop effective interpersonal skills. Emphasis is placed on the following areas: communication styles, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, working with teams and influencing others, workplace diversity and intercultural communication, presentation skills, and facilitation skills. As a result of acquiring and developing these interpersonal skills, learners can increase their overall professional effectiveness.
YCCM 208 Professional Writing in Business (4.5 CEUs)
Hiver 2021, Printemps/Été 2021, Automne 2021
Concepts and principles of effective written communication: audience, purpose, organization, and style. Emphasis on business documents commonly produced by professionals (e.g., project and business plans, reports, status updates, proposals, analyses). Pre-writing and re-writing processes, including self-editing to enhance clarity, conciseness, and coherence. Audio-recorded instructor feedback.
CBUS 243 Introduction to Business Analytics and Data Modeling. (4 credits)
This course will explore the fundamental analytic methods and tools used to collect, analyze and interpret business data to gain insight into and inform business decision-making. Special emphasis is placed on data modeling tools and techniques used by business analysts to accurately define and communicate business requirements, and to determine relationships, business rules and data management methods for any project.

Ce programme de gestion de projet s’est avéré une expérience géniale, car j’ai pu y apprendre auprès de chefs de file de l’industrie.
