One Day @ McGill propose des séminaires permettant d’avoir un accès direct à une expérience à McGill. Ces sessions en petits groupes, qui ont lieu sur le campus de l’Université McGill, sont abordables, et offrent aux participants une chance d’approfondir leurs connaissances par le biais de notre communauté académique.
Description : An exercise in how to understand the buildings that Montrealers walk past every day, this session will go beyond looking to reading and decoding—when and why was that building designed and built that way? Who built it? In the first part of the session, participants will learn how to observe a building in the downtown area using images and a site visit. The second part of the session will focus on how to find out more about that building and its Montreal neighbourhood.
