Eligibility for the full-time student rate
To be considered a full-time student you must have a registration status of full-time student and must be paying full-time fees. For this purpose, students must have a minimum of 12 credits per term on their record. The student discount applies for undergraduate and graduate students registered in a Canadian educational institution.
If you are registering as a full time student you are required to provide one of the following documents to complete your registration:
· A photocopy of your student card clearly indicating full-time student status and validity for current year (2012-2013 university year), as well as your student ID number; OR
· A letter from the school registrar confirming your full-time student status and validity for current year (2012-2013 university year), as well as your student ID number; OR
· A printout of your class schedule for the current year (2012-2013 university year), which shows clearly your name and student ID number.

Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to ip [dot] conted [at] mcgill [dot] ca.
For cancellation requests made prior to July 9th, 2012, you will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refund after July 9th, 2012. Please allow for a minimum of one week for the refund to be processed.
Those who fail to attend are liable for the full course fee. Pre-approved substitutions will be permitted; please inform us at least seven days prior to the start of the course.
Lunch & Learn Cancellation
