Course Description
This hands-on workshop introduces models for understanding and managing change to enable participants to lead change within their organizations. It provides frameworks and tools for enabling the successful leadership of change processes, and includes practical discussions and role plays
Objectives
At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- anticipate organizational changes and the nature of those changes
- analyze situations and develop successful change-management plans
- implement some practical techniques for leading and facilitating the change process
- Apply some simple techniques for enabling teams to align their thinking and reach consensus on change-related topics

J. Chris Cooper, M.A., C.M.C., Adm. A, C.H.R.P.
Chris Cooper has more than three decades of experience leading consulting and training practices in North America specializing in business transformation and organization renewal, always focused on the successful leadership of lasting change. His professional career includes extensive work in the public and para-public sectors, not-for-profit organizations, and the primary and service sectors.
Mr. Cooper has been particularly active in processes aimed at the clarification of strategic organizational and community goals, the restructuring and transformation of organizations for greater focus and productivity, as well as supporting communications and human-resource activities.
Mr. Cooper is the author of the Orgpax series of self-help and diagnostic tool-kits, editor and translator of the Early Modern Management Classic on Organization Behaviour: “The Treatise on the Court”, and a frequent speaker on related topics.
Chris Cooper also teaches “Leading Change” at McGill University.

Up to 14 days prior to the start date: Full refund
7 days prior to the start date: Refund minus $100 Cancellation fee
Within 7 days of the start date: No Refund, however suitable participation substitution will be permitted
If no notice is given prior to the start of the event(s) and you fail to attend, you will be liable for the full course fee.
