Since joining the McGill School of Continuing Studies just over one year ago, I have been consistently delighted, amazed and challenged by the energy and creativity of the McGill Institute for Learning in Retirement members. I am so pleased to extend my warmest good wishes on the 20th anniversary of this initiative that serves such a significant and growing segment of our population. The program of events that you have planned speaks to the broad range of intellectual and artistic interests that you represent, and to your commitment to share the good work that has been done at MCLL with others throughout the region.
Special thanks to the volunteer leadership within MCLL who are making a huge difference for the 800 members as well as for the many others who will benefit from the 20th anniversary outreach efforts. I look forward to sharing in these activities throughout the fall and winter.
