For immediate technical support on myCourses, Minerva, Email, classroom audiovisual, network and other computer problems:

  • call 514-398-3398
  • send an email to customersupport.ist@mcgill.ca
  • or visit the ICS counter on the second floor of the 688 Sherbrooke building.
  • Refer to information and FAQs available on the McGill IT Knowledge Base.

Equipment Loan

Audio-visual and computer equipment are available to instructors of the Centre for loans on a short term basis (24 hours). The links below provide information on the type of equipment available and access to the reservation system. Please note that this equipment and facilities are reserved exclusively for teaching related activities.

Some audio-visual equipment is also available from the ICS counter located on the second floor of the 688 Sherbooke buidling. You must fill an Audiovisual Loans – Equipment Reservation Request form to borrow equipment from ICS.
