The Joy of Music Festival was established in 2001 by Bella Pugachevsky and was successful under her inspired leadership for three years. In 2007, it was decided to revive the Festival and include five specifically designated instrumental areas:

Kathleen Anderson Voice Festival
Peter Freeman Woodwind and Brass Festival
The Joy of Music Festival is a great learning experience in a positive and friendly environment. It is a public event and open to all.
