Anxiety Support & Awareness & Community (ASAC)
Posted Wednesday, May 16, 2012
As students, we are especially vulnerable to anxiety because we are often exposed to severe academic and social stresses. Yet many of us suffer in silence, feeling unable to seek treatment. The Anxiety Support & Awareness Community (ASAC) is here to help. We organize regular meetings, social events and fun activities to promote relaxation. We also work to raise awareness of anxiety disorders and to challenge the stigma that still surrounds them. Visit our facebook page and join the group!
