I will be studying abroad this winter and am looking for someone to sublet my room in my 2 bedroom apartment. It is fully furnished, along with a super awesome roommate that makes delicious smelling food all the time. Rent is $460/month including all utilities and internet and you get to be located just one block from St. Denis and a lovely short walk/bike-ride from the McGill campus.
