Classical Language Stream

  • 18 credits taken from the list of courses within the five thematic areas, available on the Classical Studies Web site
  • 12 credits minimum in Classical Languages
  • 12 credits maximum 200 level
  • 3 credits minimum 300-level or higher of CLAS courses

Note: The same course may not count toward more than one thematic area requirement.

Classical Studies Stream

  • 18 credits taken from the list of courses within the five thematic areas, available on the Classical Studies Web site
  • 6 credits minimum in Classical Languages
  • 6 credits minimum in one of the following areas:
    • Classical Literature
    • Ancient History
    • Philosophy and Religion
    • Modern Greek
  • 12 credits maximum 200 level
  • 3 credits minimum 300-level or higher of CLAS courses

Note: The same course may not count toward more than one thematic area requirement.
