Registration period for Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 using Minerva for all newly-admitted undergraduate students in the faculties listed below, whose highest level of education prior to registering at McGill is a French Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate or at least one year of university, or who have other academic qualifications such as Advanced Levels, Advanced Placements or CAPE which provides for advanced standing credit. Students in this category must have a classification of year 1 (U1) or higher. This category also includes Special students and Visiting students.
The registration date below is for returning students only, excluding Law students who register in June.
All students must register for at least one course by Wednesday, August 14, 2024 to avoid paying a late registration fee.

Registration period for incoming Exchange students in all faculties except Faculty of Law and Continuing Studies with a Fall term (September 2024) start (Fall only or full year exchanges).
For students who wish to university withdraw after the registration cancellation deadline (August 31, 2024), students may drop all courses via Minerva with full refund less $200 Registration Cancellation Fee for returning students; less registration deposit or $200 Registration Cancellation Fee, whichever is higher for new students.
Registration period for Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 undergraduate Management courses for all returning students (excludes students in Dentistry, Medicine, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Continuing Studies). Note: Some courses remain restricted to undergraduate Management and priority programs.

Registration period for Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 using Minerva for all newly-admitted undergraduate students, whose highest level of education prior to registering at McGill is high school, who have a classification of year 0 (U0), and who are entering Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), B.A.&Sc., Education, Management and Music.
Deadline to web withdraw (grade of "W") or University withdraw (grade of "W--") with full fee refund (less $200 Registration Cancellation Fee for returning students; less registration deposit or $200 Registration Cancellation Fee, whichever is higher for new students, in the case of complete withdrawal from the University).
NOTE: Deadline to web withdraw (grade of "W") with fee refund from Continuing Studies credit courses (less $20 fee).

It is especially critical that graduating students verify their records prior to the start of their final term of studies.
