uPrint system upgrade May 3 - downtime 9 hours

The uPrint service will be unavailable due to an upgrade lasting approximately 9 hours, starting on Friday, May 3 at 9pm and ending on Saturday, May 4 at 6am. Users should not notice any difference in the uPrint service after the upgrade, it impacts back-end functionality and paves the way for future service improvements. Note: During the downtime any print jobs submitted to uPrint before the shutdown will be kept in the holding queue for a period of 48 hours. These jobs will be available for printing once the system is back up.
