Deadline to apply to graduate on Minerva for all undergraduate students and graduate students in all non-thesis programs (certificates, diplomas, Master's non-thesis) who expect to complete their program requirements at the end of the Summer 2024 term (Fall 2024 Convocation).

Note: In Summer 2024, deferred exams will be held on August 6 (Agriculture only), 7 and 8.

First day of four-day-per-week (MTWR) classes and last day to register without penalty in June section Summer courses (for Management courses and other exceptions, please see Summer Studies Calendar).

Application deadline for supplemental examinations for courses ending in the Winter 2024 term (including multi-term courses ending in Winter term) for Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), Education, Law, Nursing (including courses ending in the Summer Term), Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science (including B.A.&Sc.).

NOTE: Not available for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Engineering or Management courses.

International students may obtain their student cards as of June 17. The locations and operating hours of ID card centres on both campuses can be found on the Student Information website (www.mcgill.ca/students). Students must be registered for at least one Fall term course, and need to bring their McGill ID number, valid photo ID, and must submit copies of their Certificat d'acceptation du Québec.
